Product Descriptions

We strive to accurately describe and display all products available in our store, including books, audio teachings, video recordings, and other ministry resources. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are completely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our Site are in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete your purchase. Promotional pricing is valid only for the duration of the stated promotion period.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes, where required by law, will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout. AAIM is a registered ministry and operates in compliance with applicable Florida state and federal tax laws. Donations made to AAIM may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law; consult your tax advisor for guidance.

Quantity Limits

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product offered for sale. Quantity restrictions may apply per order, per person, or per household, particularly during special promotional events or for limited-edition resources.

Availability

All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event a product you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued after your purchase, we will contact you promptly and offer either a full refund or an alternative product of equal value, at your choice.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our online store, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email at the email address you provided. This email serves as acknowledgment that we have received your order. Please retain this email for your records as it contains your order number, which you will need for any inquiries or returns.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate.

AAIM does not store your full credit card details. Payment information is encrypted and transmitted directly to Stripe. For details on how Stripe handles payment data, please review the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to: inability to verify payment information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. In the event we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We will notify you by email if your order has been cancelled.

4. Shipping

Estimated delivery times provided at checkout or on product pages are estimates only and are not guaranteed. AAIM is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon our delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

Free shipping thresholds and promotional shipping rates may be available from time to time. Current shipping promotions will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping promotions apply to domestic U.S. orders only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Returns and Refunds

In general, physical products in unused condition and original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Certain items are non-returnable; please see our Shipping & Returns Policy for a complete list of exclusions.

6. Digital Products

Delivery

Digital products, including downloadable audio teachings, video messages, e-books, and study materials, are delivered electronically via a download link sent to the email address provided at checkout. Links are typically delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.

Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated or the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

License

Purchase of a digital product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own personal and spiritual growth. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, or create derivative works from any digital product without prior written permission from AAIM.

Download Limits

Digital download links are valid for a limited number of downloads and a set period of time as specified at the time of purchase. If your download link expires before you are able to complete your download, please contact us and we will work with you to provide access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available through the AAIM website and store — including but not limited to books, audio recordings, video messages, sermon notes, study guides, photographs, graphics, logos, and website design — is the intellectual property of Alejandro Arias International Ministries and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, modify, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from our Site without prior written permission from AAIM. Requests for permission to use our content may be directed to [email protected].

The AAIM name, logo, and any associated marks are trademarks of Alejandro Arias International Ministries. Use of these marks without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. We actively monitor and enforce our intellectual property rights.

8. Ministry Use

Products available in the AAIM store are intended for personal spiritual growth, personal use, and personal edification. The teachings, books, and resources we offer are tools to help individuals deepen their faith and relationship with God.

Prohibited Commercial Use

The commercial resale, redistribution, or sublicensing of any AAIM product — whether physical or digital — is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from AAIM. This includes selling our resources through third-party marketplaces, bundling our content with other products for commercial sale, or using our materials as part of a paid course or program.

Church and Ministry Use

9. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The failure of AAIM to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AAIM with respect to your use of our Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.
