1. Domestic US Shipping
We are pleased to ship all physical products to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your ministry resources arrive safely and on time.

Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all domestic orders totaling $75.00 or more before taxes. This offer applies to physical products only and cannot be combined with other shipping promotions.
Tracking Your Order
Free tracking is provided on every domestic order. Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your shipment in real time. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].
Delivery Estimates
Delivery time estimates begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, or peak shipping seasons. AAIM is not responsible for delays that occur once your package has been handed to the carrier.
2. International Shipping
AAIM ships physical products worldwide because our mission is global. We believe that ministry resources should be accessible to the body of Christ in every nation, and we are committed to making that a reality.

International Shipping Rates
International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, package weight, and dimensions. You will see the exact shipping cost before you complete your purchase. We use competitive carrier rates to keep international shipping as affordable as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other fees levied by the destination country's government. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping rates. AAIM has no control over customs fees and is not able to predict what charges, if any, may apply to your order.
We recommend contacting your local customs office or postal service for information about potential duties or taxes before placing an international order. AAIM is not responsible for any customs delays that may occur during the clearance process, nor are we liable for any packages that are held, seized, or returned by customs authorities.
International Tracking
Tracking is provided for all international shipments where available. Please note that tracking updates may be less frequent once your package has left the United States and entered the international postal system. Tracking information is typically available until the package reaches the destination country's postal network.
3. Digital Products
Many of our ministry resources are available as digital downloads, making them instantly accessible to believers anywhere in the world with no shipping required.
Instant Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered immediately via a secure download link sent to the email address you provided at checkout. In most cases, you will receive your download link within minutes of completing your purchase. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Download Access
Your digital download link is valid for up to 5 downloads and remains active for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading your file promptly and saving it to a secure location on your device or cloud storage. If your link expires before you are able to complete your download, please contact us and we will work to restore your access.
Supported Formats
Digital products are typically available in widely supported formats such as MP3 (audio), MP4 (video), or PDF (documents). Format details are listed on each product page. If you have questions about compatibility with your device, please contact us before purchasing.
No Shipping Required
Because digital products are delivered electronically, there are no shipping fees or delivery wait times associated with digital purchases. Your resources are available to you immediately, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from anywhere in the world.
4. Order Processing
We process orders promptly so that your ministry resources reach you as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect after you place your order:
- 1 You place your order and receive an automated order confirmation email with your order number and a summary of your purchase.
- 2 Our team reviews and prepares your order. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed the same business day.
- 3 Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekdays, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
- 4 Once your order is packaged and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- 5 Your package is on its way! Estimated delivery begins from the ship date shown in your tracking confirmation.
During peak seasons — including Christmas, Easter, and ministry conference periods — processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and will always communicate any significant delays by email.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a physical product, we want to make it right.
Return Eligibility
Physical products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any shrink wrap, seals, inserts, or accompanying materials.
- The item has not been written in, marked up, or damaged by the customer.
- The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by carrier tracking.
How to Initiate a Return
- 1 Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request – Order #[your order number]."
- 2 Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Photos are helpful but not required for standard returns.
- 3 Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- 4 Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe arrival.
- 5 Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was the wrong item. In those cases, AAIM will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. See Section 6 for details on damaged or incorrect orders.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Credit and debit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution, after we have processed the refund on our end.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different title or format, please initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the desired item. This allows us to process your exchange as quickly as possible without unnecessary delays. 6. Damaged or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but on rare occasions a package may be damaged in transit or the wrong item may be shipped due to a fulfillment error. We sincerely apologize when this happens and are committed to making it right quickly.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Reports submitted after this window may not be eligible for a free replacement or refund.
What to Include in Your Report
- Your order number
- A description of the damage or the incorrect item received
- Photos of the damaged item and/or packaging (required for damage claims)
- Photos of the shipping label
Our Resolution
Once we receive your report and review the photos, we will offer you one of the following resolutions at no additional cost to you:
- Replacement: We will ship a replacement item to you using expedited shipping at our expense.
- Full refund: If you prefer a refund rather than a replacement, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will not be required to return the damaged item in most cases. Our goal is to resolve your issue as quickly and painlessly as possible so you can get back to the resources you need.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following categories of items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products — Once a digital download link has been accessed or the download has been initiated, the sale is final and non-refundable. This policy is consistent with industry standards for digital goods. If you experience a technical issue, please contact us and we will assist you.
- Sale and clearance items — Items marked as "Sale," "Clearance," or "Final Sale" are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Gift cards — AAIM gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Items returned after 30 days — Returns initiated after the 30-day return window has expired will not be accepted.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging — Products that do not meet our return condition requirements will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
